As part of the Week of the Press and Media, the students of the school took on an ambitious challenge: designing and hosting a live broadcast on the school’s web radio about the theme « Where is the information? ».
Throughout this project, they were involved at every stage of production: choosing the topics, conducting research, verifying sources, writing the chronicles, and preparing the interventions. On the day of the event, they took to the stage live, using their oral expression skills in conditions similar to those of the professional world.
Beyond the media exercise, this experience enabled them to develop essential skills: critical thinking, analytical ability, understanding of information mechanisms, and collaborative work.
This project is fully aligned with the Media and Information Education (EMI) framework and the citizenship curriculum. It helps to train informed students who are able to decipher the sources of information and better understand the challenges of the contemporary world.
