Financial regulation

Payment terms

Read the payment terms and conditions in detail

Tuition and other fees must be paid by bank transfer to the bank accounts in RON or EUR indicated on the invoices. All bank charges are to be borne by the payer. Invoices relating to tuition and other fees shall be considered settled at the time the bank account of the “Lycée Français Anna de Noailles” Foundation indicated on the invoice is credited.

Only pupils for whom the sums due have been paid on time and the financial regulations have been signed will be accepted on the day of the start of the school term in September 2026. Following any late payment of tuition fees, namely any delay of more than 15 days past the due date during the 2025-2026 school year, the Foundation reserves the right to request advance payment before the start of the school year of all tuition fees for the 2026-2027 academic year.

In accordance with AEFE circular no. 001088 of 16 March 2015, the Anna de Noailles French High School will send two successive payment notifications: the first after the due date (by email) and a second within 15 calendar days of the due date (by email and by post with acknowledgement of receipt).

In the event of non-payment of the sums due by the end of the term at the latest, the student may be penalised with exclusion. Furthermore, if the arrears are not settled by the end of the school year, the Headteacher of the Lycée Français Anna de Noailles reserves the right not to allow the pupil to re-enrol for the following school year.

The Foundation reserves the right to request advance payment, prior to the start of the academic year, of the full tuition fees for the 2026–2027 academic year for pupils in their final year of secondary school. The Foundation reserves the right to apply late payment penalties at a rate of 4% per month. Any outstanding amounts (school fees, after-school care, transport or other charges) as at 30 June 2026 will result in the pupil’s automatic expulsion and will preclude enrolment for the 2026–2027 academic year.
