Admissions procedure
The admissions process
Admission is subject to availability of places and involves several stages.
Application via Eduka (opens in January)
Parents should submit a pre-enrolment application via Eduka and upload all the required documents.
Payment of the application fee
A €100 application fee applies to all applications from Grande Section (GS, ages 5-6) onwards. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of the admissions committee’s decision. Proof of payment must be uploaded to Eduka along with the other required application documents. Applications will not be reviewed unless proof of payment has been provided. There is no application fee for Toute Petite Section (TPS), Petite Section (PS) or Moyenne Section (MS).

Admissions committee decision
The Admissions Office informs families of the outcome of their application. There are three possible outcomes:
Your child's pre-enrolment application has been approved
You have a deadline of 7 calendar days to pay the First registration fees (DPI) and validate the dossier. Beyond the allocated place, the reserved place is no longer available. Payment of these fees is a prerequisite for the final admission of the student to the institution and does not give rise to any refund.
Important : enrolment is only confirmed once the initial enrolment fees (DPI) have been paid and all three documents mentioned above have been approved.

We will contact you if a place becomes available.
Your child's application has been declined
Final enrolment
The school confirms final enrolment via Eduka once all the requirements in step 3.I have been completed.

From TPS (ages 2-3) to MS (ages 4-5)
- Copies of the identity documents of both parents and the child
- Certificate of school attendance (if the child is already enrolled in a school)
From GS (ages 5-6) to CP (ages 6-7)
- Copies of the identity documents of both parents and the child
- Certificate of school attendance (if the child is already enrolled in a school)
- Pupil progress record (if the child is already enrolled in a French school)
- Proof of payment of the €100 application fee
From CE1 (ages 7-8) to Terminale (ages 17-18)
- Copies of the identity documents of both parents and the child
- Certificate of school attendance
- Academic reports for the current and previous school years
- Proof of payment of the €100 application fee
